Biomyx, Inc. is a private biotechnology company located in San Diego, California. Founded in 2002, Biomyx intends to advance biosciences by developing innovative technologies for studying gene functions and by making biomedical research more efficient with high quality, easy to use products.

Biomyx’s specialty is technologies and products enabling studies of functional genomics, specifically the functions of genes in mammalian cells, especially those involved in cellular signal transduction. These include knock out or down specific gene expressions with Direkt-siRNA™ or CRISPR vectors, dominant negative or constitutively active ongogenes (ProteGene™) product line. Other tools for functional studies include the pHTS reporter vectors for establishing stable HTS cell lines and assay kits for protein kinases.

Biomyx has extensive expertise in various aspects of bioscience including molecular biology, cell biology, and biochemistry, and hence offers molecular biology, biochemistry and assay development services on a fee-for-service basis upon request.
